Terms of Use for the Pymex Destinux Plan

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Destinux platform under the Plan PymeX model, aimed at companies wishing to manage their corporate travel in a centralised manner. Acceptance of these terms is sufficient to activate the service.

Purpose of the Service

The Plan PymeX allows the company access to the Destinux booking module to manage travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, taxis/VTC and car rentals), access invoicing and documentation, in a unique and digitised environment.

Client Profile and Requirements

The Plan PymeX is aimed at companies that meet the following criteria:

  • Annual travel expenditure of less than €100,000.
  • Simple operation:
    • Up to 10 initial users.
    • Corporate card (physical or virtual) as the sole payment method.

The client declares that they meet these criteria and will update the information if it changes.

Scope of the Service

3.1. Included Features

With the Plan PymeX, the company has multi-user access to:

  • Self Booking Tool (SBTA): online bookings for flights, hotels, trains, taxis/VTC and car rentals.
  • User agenda.
  • Consultation and download of invoices and delivery notes.
  • Basic registration of the company.
  • Registration of up to 10 initial users.
  • Management and configuration of access according to assigned roles.

It includes multi-user access to the following modules:

  • Self-Booking Tool (Online Bookings)
    For flights, hotels, trains, taxis and VTCs and car rentals.
  • User Agenda
  • Consultation and download of invoices and delivery notes
  • Includes self-booking access for other users to the Self Booking Tool (Online Bookings) module

3.2. Responsibility for Use

The client is responsible for:

  • Entering accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintaining control over access.
  • Using the platform in accordance with these terms.

Destinux will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

Economic Conditions

4.1. Online Bookings (SBTA)

€0 per booking made entirely online on Destinux.

4.2. Off-line Service (PTA)

For transactions requiring human intervention:

  • €5 per journey/transaction.
  • Includes issuance, changes and cancellations.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+1) except holidays.

4.3. 24h Emergency Service

  • €35 per consultation or intervention outside of hours.
  • €25 for issuing a boarding pass outside of hours.

4.4. Technical Assistance

  • No additional cost.
  • Via email: sat@destinux.com.
  • During business hours.

4.5. Taxes

All amounts are understood to be exclusive of VAT.

Operations and Invoicing

  • The only payment method will be the corporate card associated with the Destinux account.
  • An invoice will be issued for each service rendered.
  • The General Service Conditions and the current Management Expense Conditions will apply.
  • In car rentals, the client will receive the corresponding voucher valued according to agreements with suppliers.

Client Obligations

The client commits to:

  • Ensure the proper use of the tool.
  • Keep company and user information up to date.
  • Assume costs arising from transactions outside the online service.
  • Ensure compliance with internal travel policies by users.

Provider Obligations

Compañía Europea de Gestores de Incentivos S.L. commits to:

  • Ensure access and functionality of Destinux, except for incidents beyond its control.
  • Provide technical assistance during established hours.
  • Offer access to competitive rates in accordance with agreements with the travel industry.

Data Protection

Data processing will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.
The data will be used exclusively for the proper provision of the Destinux service.

Acceptance

By accepting these Terms of Use, the client acknowledges having read and understood the terms set forth herein and authorises the activation of the Plan PymeX. The client must accept these Terms of Use through a traceable digital mechanism on the corporate website, which records the date and time associated with the acceptance. The company will retain electronic evidence of such consent as valid proof of contractual acceptance.

By accepting these Terms of Use, the client acknowledges having read and understood the terms set forth herein and authorises the activation of the Plan PymeX.

10. Duration and Termination of the Contract

10.1. Duration

This contract will have an initial duration of one (1) year, automatically renewing for successive periods of equal duration, unless otherwise communicated by either party.

10.2. Termination

Either party may request non-renewal of the service by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

10.3. Early Termination

The provider may suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of:

  • breach of these terms;
  • non-payment of invoiced services;
  • fraudulent or irregular use of the platform.
