Booking services may involve the acceptance of issuance fees. This amount is non-refundable in any case and is independent of the fare selected by the buyer. In the event of changes or modifications, a fee will also apply.
5. PROCEDURES TO ACQUIRE A TRAVEL SERVICE
To acquire a service on the Consultia Business Travel website, it will be necessary to request inclusion as a client user or to belong as an authorised user to a company that has registered as a client, expressing acceptance of the established terms of use and payment.
6. BOOKING AND PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The booking service for any of the products offered through the Consultia Business Travel website entails acceptance of the specific conditions set by the service provider for that service.
7. DELIVERY OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
Tickets, vouchers, etc. will be sent via email once the booking is made on our website, or they will always be integrated into the user’s Agenda for the traveller’s convenience.

8. AIR BOOKINGS
To obtain a displayed fare, it is necessary to make the booking immediately after the inquiry, as prices may vary at any moment.
Bookings made with an airline other than the one operating the flight may not allow the inclusion of additional services. In this case, check the possibility of contracting these services through your Personal Travel Assistant.
8.1. Bookings with low-cost airlines
If you make a flight booking with a so-called low-cost airline, you should be aware that these bookings require you to check in online and present the printed boarding pass at the airport, and that any cancellation or change procedures must be carried out by the passenger or the booking holder by contacting their Personal Travel Assistant directly.
The internal regulations of low-cost airlines require that all minors under 14 years of age always fly accompanied by an adult and properly documented. Some airlines, including low-cost ones, do not offer assistance services for minors under 14 years of age.
Remember to check directly with the airline regarding their baggage conditions.
8.2. Airport Fees
Fees are generally included, except when local airport fees, or government taxes or fees are charged to the passenger at the airport, or are specified in the fare conditions.
8.3. Flight Documentation
Airlines require the presentation of an ID card or passport from all passengers on all flights; please consult the travel recommendations for minors at www.maec.es. It is the client’s responsibility to inform themselves and comply with the necessary requirements for travel (passport, visa, vaccinations, or even presenting the return flight ticket if only the one-way ticket is purchased, etc.).
8.4. Flight Details
To confirm a booking, it is necessary to include personal details in order to inform of any modifications, etc. regarding the booking.
It is very important to write the names and surnames exactly as they appear on the passport or ID card, and the travel agency is not responsible for the inclusion of incorrect data.
If the passenger’s name as it appears in their documentation (ID card or passport) exceeds the available space, it is necessary to contact Consultia Business Travel online.
Upon correctly completing the booking process, the website will provide a booking locator and the service will be invoiced, making the booking a purchase.
8.5. Notification of Changes to the Booking
Any type of schedule change, cancellation, or modification of the contracted flights is the responsibility of the airline acting as the carrier for the passenger. The method of notifying the client will be via email. It is necessary to reconfirm the status of the flights 48 hours before departure and return by contacting the airline directly.
8.6. Modifications or Cancellations
If you wish to make any modifications to an already made booking, you must do so by contacting your Personal Travel Assistant at Consultia Business Travel, or by sending an email or making a phone call.
8.7. Balearic/Canary/Ceuta/Melilla Resident Discount
This should be done by contacting Consultia Business Travel ONLINE by sending an email or making a phone call to your Personal Travel Assistant.
8.8. Minors
For air transport purposes, a minor is a person who has not reached the age of 18 on the date of the flight, with the following age brackets established.
On domestic trips, minors must always travel with proper documentation.
On international trips for minors, the requirements set by current regulations for the departure of the minor must be met according to the country and personal circumstances.
All travel requests for minors, whether accompanied or not, must be made upon special request.
9. NON-AIR RESERVATIONS
For the booking of other services (hotel reservations, train, car rental, etc.), the conditions established in each case for the consideration of minors and the applicable rates must be consulted.
9.1. General conditions for car rental companies
All drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least one year at the start of the rental (2 years if the booking is with Sixt).
9.2. TRAIN
Please note that on some trains, access to the platform closes minutes before the train departs.
For any modifications, you should contact your Personal Travel Assistant.
You can also print the ticket you have purchased by entering the locator or payment card at the self-check-in machines installed at the stations (up to 5 minutes before the departure of the train from the origin station) or at the ticket offices of the stations.
