Indicate whether you are self-employed or a company and fill in the form.
- Self-employed: you register your customer data and your invoicing data.
- Company: you register your company details and user details (your details).
The data to be registered are basic as a company or self-employed; name, surname, e-mail, billing address, VAT number, and access password.
After filling in and submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your registration.
This e-mail tells you to click on the link to confirm your registration.
When you click on the link, you will find a description of the next steps and you will be asked to enter your username and password.
Next you will need to indicate your corporate payment card. This will be used for all purchases made by your company. We only need to register one payment method, so this card will not be used until reservations are made, and once inside the system, you can change the payment details whenever you wish.
Once you have completed this step, you are now a Destinux Super User!
You can register your company’s travel users and create a traveller account for them and which functions you want to enable:
- If you can book for yourself
- If he can book for himself and for all users of the company.
- He has access to invoices.
IMPORTANT: register users with the name and surname that appears on their ID card/passport, in order to avoid any difficulties.
At the end, the user will receive an email to configure their credentials to access the system. Once this step is finished, access Destinux and start enjoying the booking module with your free trial.

If you are a Super User you can manage bookings for yourself and for several people in your team (maximum 5 users), so you can manage all your team’s bookings in the same system, without worrying about having to register the details of the rest of the travellers over and over again and filtering your searches according to preferences and/or location, in a quick and easy way.
Choose the user for whom you want to make the booking and the system automatically obtains all the necessary data for the booking. When you make the booking, the system collects the pre-established payment method and sends all the travel documentation to your e-mail address.
You can also access the trip documents in the “user agenda“, a calendar with the trips of the users.
If you are a User you will be able to book for yourself, filtering your searches according to preferences and/or location, in an easy and quick way and in the same system.
Indicate your user name in the reservation and the system automatically obtains all your necessary data for the reservation. When you make your booking, the system collects the pre-established payment method and sends all the travel documentation to your e-mail address.
You can also access the travel documents in the “travel diary“, a calendar with the trips of the users.

FAQs
Yes, so you do not need a Destinux licence subscription. You can set up the registration for free and access the booking module of the system completely free of charge, where you can manage your bookings and those of your team.
Booking of hotels, car hire and taxis is free of charge. For flights, the system automatically applies a handling fee of €10 each way and for trains, a linear fee of €3 (+VAT) each way.
For car rental bookings you will get a voucher.
Yes, the system allows the registration of up to 5 users. So if you are a Super User, you will be able to make reservations for you and for other members of your team.
In the “Invoices” section of Destinux, you can access all the invoices you have generated. The system creates an invoice for each order.
The Super User is the profile of the person who has made the initial configuration in Destinux, therefore has the power to register and manage other users, and can access their invoices, make reservations for himself or for other members of the company, and modify the payment card.
Users in Destinux are the profiles created by the Super User. Depending on the permissions given by the Super User, the user will be able to:
- Book for himself and have access to all his travel documentation.
- Book for himself and for all the users of the company and have access to his travel documentation and that of the rest of the users.
- Have access to invoices.
- If he can book for himself.
