Destinux technology lands in the neighbouring country after its good reception in Spain, a system that allows companies to digitalise and automatize the management of travel and their expenses, achieving savings of up to 20%.
Madrid, 2 June 2022 – Consultia Business Travel, a Spanish company specialized in the comprehensive management and consultancy of business travel, launches Destinux in Portugal, an innovative system for the management of business travel that revolutionizes the Business Travel sector by allowing the comprehensive, efficient and profitable management of business travel for any corporation.
Destinux lands in the neighbouring country, after the success of its launch in Spain last October, to respond to the existing need of companies to optimize the management of their business travel through digitalization. Now Portuguese companies will also be able to benefit from Destinux’s innovative technology. Since the launch of this system in Spain, the evolution of the company’s sales has increased by more than 150%, with a pipeline increase of 400%.
Destinux, the first SaaS (software as a service) that automatizes all processes and costs in business travel, allows companies to increase their efficiency, as well as aligning the budget to the company’s strategic objectives. It digitalises all management processes and provides multiple benefits such as data monitoring, efficiency in response times, expense control and cost reduction. It also has a Personal Travel Assistant service, a person assigned to take care of any possible unforeseen events that may arise during the business trip and guarantees total security and support in the event of any difficulties or incidents.
The official presentation of Destinux took place today in an exclusive location at the Maat Museum in Lisbon, a space dedicated to art, architecture and technology. During the meeting, Carlos Martínez, CEO of Consultia Business Travel, presented Destinux to the main Portuguese media, who were able to try out the benefits of this new technology.
At the same event, Consultia Business Travel presented Ricardo Ferreira, its new sales director in Portugal, who has joined the company with the aim of establishing Destinux in the Portuguese market.
In the opinion of Carlos Martínez, “in Portugal we have a team with great knowledge of the technology of Consultia Business Travel, Destinux, and on the other hand, they know perfectly the needs of Portuguese companies; which makes the sum of things a guarantee of sure success”.
Post-pandemic situation
In his speech, Martínez pointed out that “the pandemic has caused a change in the sector; with the need for greater efficiency and to align travel with the company’s strategy, concern for sustainability has grown, travel policies have been modified and, above all, the importance of good service and personalized human attention has been highlighted. The launch of Destinux is a response to this change that requires appropriate technological solutions to meet the new needs from a perspective of efficiency, strategic vision and profitability, but without losing the personalised human treatment”.
Consultia Business Travel, after consolidating its position in Portugal, plans to continue internationalising its business in the future and is already analysing other countries in the European Union and Latin America where it will open offices in the near future with the aim of becoming a global company.
