Consultia Business Travel expands its staff to reinforce its international team

 

  • The Spanish company is looking for people with different profiles and experience in the area of Business Travel management who are bilingual in Spanish and one of the following languages: German, French, English or Italian.

 

  • The company will recruit employees with experience in dealing with customers and suppliers, experience in managing corporate travel accounts, fluent in two languages, and a high level of Amadeus.

Madrid, 18 July 2023 – Consultia Business Travel, a Spanish company specialising in the all in one management of business travel, is expanding its workforce to meet the needs arising from its international expansion process.

 

The company is looking for employees with different profiles, mainly for the positions of Business Travel Account Manager. In the job description, which is 100% teleworking, the following functions are highlighted:

 

  • Personalised attention to assigned accounts
  • Advice on travel planning
  • Comprehensive management of reservations for flights, trains, boats, hotels, flats…
  • Advice on the management of visas
  • Management of unforeseen events
  • Pre and post-sales assistance

In terms of requirements, the company is looking for a profile with a minimum experience of 3 years in the tourism sector, specifically in the area of Business Travel, with experience in dealing with customers and suppliers and, preferably, with a degree in Tourism and graduates. In addition, it is essential to be fluent in two languages (Italian, French, German or English (in addition to Spanish), to have a high level of Amadeus, (mastery of GDS Amadeus) and other qualities such as: ability to work in a team, dealing with customers and suppliers, agility in problem solving and stress tolerance.
