collaboration agreement to integrate expense management into their new business travel technology solution
Thanks to the distribution of the Okticket system, the integrated travel management company allows its clients to digitise and automate the management of business expenses within its Destinux solution, achieving savings of up to 20%.
Madrid, 22 November 2021 – Consultia Business Travel, a Spanish company specialising in the integrated management of business travel, has reached an agreement with Okticket, an app for managing expense notes that stands out especially for its technological level, to integrate its application into its Destinux solution, recently launched on the market.
Thanks to this agreement, the company, which offers a differentiated solution based on its own software in the cloud (Destinux®) together with the personalised travel advice and management service (Personal Travel Assistant), now includes the expenses and per diems module, which offers comprehensive management of corporate travel and expenses.
Based on a SaaS (software as a service) model, Destinux digitises and automates the management and purchasing processes of corporate travel, and now with the new integration, allows the complete management of travel costs; on the one hand, the travel costs and on the other hand, the expenses generated during the trip, all integrated in the same system, providing greater efficiency to companies and saving time and costs.
In this way the user can pass on all travel expenses and allowances digitally and online, and correctly account for VAT for the company with a system approved by the tax agency.
Goodbye to expense sheets
Through Destinux, the director, CEO, CFO, CTO, head of purchasing or in charge of overseeing the Travel Management area of a company can now check the cost per user in one click and avoid the tedious and unproductive process of hand-writing expense reports.

All in one system
The main advantage of integrating Okticket’s application into Destinux’s system is to offer its customers everything in one system, from booking and travel documents to travel expenses and per diems.
With this agreement, Consultia Business Travel digitalises and automates in its Destinux solution the entire process until the expense report is closed: from the moment the worker takes a photo of the ticket until it is validated by the administration, assigning different roles to each user.
Okticket’s software also helps to prevent internal fraud and errors associated with manual management. The solution has an alert engine that the company can configure according to the spending behaviour that most concerns them: for similar or duplicate tickets, for passing on old expenses, for tickets that exceed the amount set out in the travel expenses policy, for the purchase of non-refundable items… These alerts can be blocking or informative.
