Consultia Business Travel and Biconsulting facilitate the digitalisation of travel management for companies

  • Companies can currently obtain subsidies of up to 60% for the modernisation and implementation of technological tools.

  • The maximum amount subsidised is 100,000 euros per organisation

  • The first webinars will be held on 10 and 17 February to disseminate all the information.

Madrid, 24 January 2022 – The company specialising in business travel management, Consultia Business Travel, and Biconsulting, a comprehensive consultancy specialising in public aid, have just reached an agreement to facilitate technological investment in the management of corporate travel by companies through the application for aid for digitisation.

Increasingly, companies are looking to become more efficient and cost-saving, while at the same time, gearing their businesses towards digital transformation. This has led even small SMEs to want and need to digitise and automate the management of different parts of their business, including corporate travel.

In this way, and thanks to the agreement between the two companies, companies will be able to opt for greater chances of success in the various regional, national and EU government grants, as well as very interesting tax returns. In this case, Biconsulting will advise interested companies and provide them with information and even manage grants or subsidies depending on the needs of each company.

Consultia Business Travel, which has just launched Destinux, offers companies a comprehensive ERP for corporate travel management that makes the entire travel industry available, automates and digitalises travel processes by integrating them into the company’s management system (it can be connected to multiple ERPs) and allows the management of travel expenses and allowances, and the entire process of managing expense notes, with an approved platform, saving the company time and costs. Together with the support of a Personal Travel Assistant, who manages, advises and looks after the safety of travellers and the interests of the company

For his part, Carlos Martínez, CEO of Consultia Business Travel, “thanks to these grants, all companies can enjoy a travel management model that allows them to be more efficient in the management of their business trips, as well as enjoying an exclusive professional service and an unrivalled digital platform. Specifically, with Destinux, corporations will be able to digitise their travel management, be more efficient and at the same time improve the quality and security of employee travel, facilitate their management and bookings”.

In the opinion of Pablo Landecho Campos, director of Biconsulting, “in some cases we can achieve up to 60% savings or subsidies for the technological investment made by a company. At Biconsulting, what we do is advise each company on the different options and possibilities we offer to help companies digitise”.

Specifically, on 10 and 17 February, both companies will hold webinars to disseminate all the information and resolve any doubts SMEs may have.
